Maximum tariff rates to be charged in the Port of Barcelona's following franchises:

TERMINAL DE CONTENIDORS DE BARCELONA SL (TCB) on the south wharf;

TERMINAL CATALUNYA SA (TERCAT) on the Princep d'Espanya and Prat Wharfs, and

TERMINAL PORT NOU SA on the Adossat South Wharf.

A:

In respect of the TCB:

To approve the modification of maximum tariffs to be charged in the Container Terminal on the South

Wharf with terms as follows:

a) Effective as of 1 October 2007 and until 31 December 2009, the tariffs on horizontal port

transport services from railway to any point in the terminal or vice versa, and/or for transfers

from railway to lorry or vice versa, are changed to the following rates:

- Full Containers <(=)32'....................................................................20 euros/container

- Empty Containers <(=) 32' .................................................................15 euros/container

- Full Containers > 32' ......................................................................25 euros/container.

- Empty Containers > 32' .....................................................................20 euros/container.

b)

 variable rate in function of time in storage

To approve the modification of maximum tariffs to be charged in the multipurpose terminal on the

Princep d'Espanya Wharf and the container terminal on the Prat Wharf with terms as follows:

a) Effective as of 1 October 2007 and until 31 December 2009, the tariffs on horizontal port

transport services from railway to any point in the terminal or vice versa, and/or on transfers

from railway to truck or vice versa, are changed to the following rates:

- Full Containers <(=)32'......................................................................20 euros/container

- Empty Containers <(=)32' ....................................................................15 euros/container

- Full Containers > 32' .......................................................................25 euros/container.

- Empty Containers > 32' ......................................................................20 euros/container.

b)

During the last week of January of every year, the service provider shall provide the Port

Authority of Barcelona a report of the additional amount obtained during the preceding year

due to the present modification of tariffs on full container storage.

c) In respect of TERMINAL PORT NOU

To approve the modification of maximum tariffs to be charged in the multipurpose terminal on the

Adossat South Wharf of the Port of Barcelona with terms as follows:

Effective as of 1 October 2007 and until 31 December 2009, and provided that the service provider

sends information on the container terminal's entries/departures by land to the Port Authority of

Barcelona telematically, the tariff on port storage services for full containers with Barcelona as

origin/destination are changed to the amount obtained by adding together the following

components:

1/ b.1/ variable rate in function of time in storage

During the last week of January of every year, the service provider shall provide the Port

Authority of Barcelona a report of the additional amount obtained during the preceding year

due to the present modification of tariffs on full container storage.
