3. Oyon Wharf (C-Square)
Description
 Oyon wharf is exclusively for C-Square cargoes. It caters to domestic and exworldport cargo. Cargoes are loaded thru barge for loading to awaiting vessel at the anchorage area. No cargo handling contractor.
Location Bani, Masinloc, Zambales.

4. NPC Conveyor Pier
Berth/Draft
 Unloading coal jetty, 25 meters wide x 240 meters with a controlling draft of 15 meters. Small craft jetty, 10 meters wide x 150 meters long with a controlling draft of 4 meters. 
Anchorage Grounds Masinloc Harbor
Pilot Boarding Station Coordinated between latitude 150 33' North, and longitude 1190 53' East.
