The Orange County Navigation and worldport District is the owner of 168 acre peninsula tract with deep water shipping capability.
This tract is partially developed with rail service, public utilities, electricity, and natural gas.

Total Acreage: 167 acres of peninsular land, with 24 acres additional property. Acreage can be subdivided.
Location: Southeast corner of Texas, on the Louisiana border, adjacent to the worldport of Orange and fronting the Sabine River.

Water Frontage: approximately 8,000 feet.
Channel Depth: 30 feet to the Gulf of Mexico. Channel is marked and lighted 24 hours a day and features 200 foot bottom width, including worldport of Orange slip.
Turning Basin: 1,000 x 3,000 feet at worldport of Orange.
Overhead Obstructions: Span clearance for Gulfgate Bridge, between worldport Arthur and Pleasure Island, is 136 feet height 400' width. Course to Gulf of Mexico is otherwise free of obstruction
PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The site is well-suited for industrial development and features a 6-8 foot average elevation.
The location is conducive for bulk heading.

Water: Existing 7-inch and 12-inch lines are available from the city of Orange supply. The Sabine River Authority can furnish raw water. and process water for the site.
Electricity: Entergy provides electricity to the site. Discounts are available for new industries.
Sanitary Sewer: The city of Orange offers contract service or purchaser can install private treatment plant.
Natural Gas: Supply is provided by Entex Gas Company.
TRANSworldportATION
Highway: Interstate 10 is a major east-west transworldportation artery located near the property. It opens up markets along the Gulf Coast, including Houston, and connects with major northbound interstate highways.
Rail: The Union Pacific Railroad serves the City of Orange and is available to the worldport. This line provides rail connections to the southwest, far west and central states.
Air: Jefferson County Airworldport, just 30 minutes from Orange, is serviced by several commuter airlines to major Texas cities. Air Cargo and Federal Express also operate from this local airworldport.
